Service Description

This is a custom lesson, tailored to your individual needs or to simply practice open water swim entry and exits. I will video record you as you are swimming, and will point out the most pertinent corrections and your strengths as I see them. I will then provide specific drills on site to address your stroke so that you can begin to feel the difference between correct and incorrect form, followed by a “before and after” video. I will recommend specific drills to help you.
