Power Week (Individual)

Service Description

A 5-day course built up of 5 one-hour individual swim sessions at your locations of choice, both in the pool and open water. Expect to work on your body position, catch, rotation, breathing, kicking, and silent swimming technique. You will learn how to perfect your form, and will leave the week with the confidence and guidance you need to propel you through a long term training plan. Tailored advice and one-on-one instruction will allow you to build those solid foundations that (with long-term practice and training) will ultimate help you meet your swim goals. If you are new to the open water or have concerns about swimming in the ocean, we can work together to help you overcome this challenge. Please bring any tools you may already have, but it is OK if you have nothing that you train with just yet. We will test out the tools I have at hand, and work with them through the sessions. I can then advise you on the equipment you will need for your long-term training, to take you beyond the sessions.
