Ventura Cove Group Swim

This weekly event is coached by Sidney Russell and Stephen Treger, and takes place in the still and calm Ventura Cove in San Diego's Mission Bay. It is great for beginners and those who a re new to swimming in the open water, as well as those who wish to work with coaches that provide drills, technique work, and tips on better form. You can swim around the buoys to get your distance in, too!
